Volunteering
We are specifically looking for help:
- On our organic farm, Native Harvest production,
- Preparation for Farm-to-School (which involves networking with local farmers and processing locally harvested organic food),
- Working with community members to establish gardens along with various campaign work for our local energy and food projects.

Internships
*We have specific interest in and need for applicants who have:
- Organic farming skills,
- A desire to learn about sustainable food systems, and
- A desire to assist in our Farm-to-School program.
Qualifications include excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, interest in active and diverse work plans, good technical writing and computer skills (Word and Excel), and good rapport with people of all cultures.
Location: White Earth Indian Reservation, Minnesota.Taskings: Work with Executive Director and National Campaign Associate assisting with administrative work, including but not limited to, monitoring email, answering phones, filing and preparing mailings. Other major tasks may include research and technical writing on environmental, social justice and Native rights issues and helping maintaining Executive Director’s travel itinerary and meeting schedule.
We encourage White Earth applicants to bring a vehicle, if possible.
